How it works

1. Let us know your loved one has passed

Complete cremation booking form or call us on 1300 450 635 any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.

2. We take your loved one into our care

Your dedicated arranger will coordinate the collection and transfer of your loved one from anywhere in the Brisbane or Gold Coast areas.

3. We organise the paperwork and cremation

We work with you to fill out the necessary paperwork, organise the necessary permits and certificates, provide a private cremation at an accredited crematorium and register your loved one’s death with the Department of Births, Deaths, and Marriages.

4. We return the ashes

The ashes will be returned to you or the person you nominate in a simple urn.

      *Transfer is within Brisbane/Gold Coast region, after hours fees may apply. Transfer fees may vary depending on location and time of death.

      Hours: Between 8.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. An additional after hours transfer fee will apply outside of these times. Saturday Cremations will incur an additional cost.

      We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

      Oversize coffin is an extra $395
